A Targeted Investment Review was completed in September 2025 and the first Gateway review was completed in June 2026 as part of the assurance processes leading to Ministers’ approval decisions in July 2026. Two Gateway Reviews found the programme has an Amber rating and assessed the programme to be well managed with strategies in place to manage risk. The member can request a copy of the review from FHL.
