Answer

I am advised that NZQA considered a range of factors relevant to Māori assessment capability, the impacts on staff, and NZQA's ability to continue delivering its functions and services effectively as well as alignment with NZQA Board’s Te Tiriti o Waitangi Statement. The proposal has been developed in line with NZQA's organisational change processes and relevant obligations and responsibilities.
