Answer

NZTA is currently in the process of withdrawing its Notice of Requirement for a designation of land for the East West Link project, which was lodged with the Environmental Protection Authority in 2016. For the remaining RoNS projects that already have notice of requirements or designations in place NZTA intends to keep these in place to protect the intended routes for future delivery.
