Answer

I am advised that the vendor selected to build the Government Credential Issuance Platform was MATTR. The contract value for implementation was $60,000, with a monthly charge of $32,981 at current usage volumes (this changes as usage increases over time), plus a $10,000 one-off charge per agency onboarded and a $1500 per month charge. The procurement followed an Open Competitive Tender Request for Information (RFI) and then the Open Request for Proposal (RFP) process via Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).
