My request for advice followed discussion at an Infrastructure and Investment Ministers Group meeting about the Department of Internal Affairs' process for assessing and approving water services delivery plans. In response to those questions, the Department agreed to provide a note outlining the process used to approve plans and the work undertaken since that phase.
