Answer

I am advised by the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport that the technical issue has now been resolved, with a design solution identified. I understand this has not impacted the project timeline, and construction is expected to commence as scheduled later this year. The project remains on track to be completed within a single construction season, subject to weather conditions and is forecast to complete in July 2027.
