Answer
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it does not centrally record data on blinds installed in its homes. Any blinds currently being supplied to Kāinga Ora include child safety guards, which it expects to be installed with the blinds. Where blinds are in good condition, child safety guards can be installed retrospectively without replacing the blinds. This is also my response to written questions 33232, 33234, 33236 and 33237 (2026).
