Answer

I am advised that Health New Zealand does not hold this information. I am further advised that Health NZ does not fund locum support, rural sustainability packages, or caseloading employment models for rural Lead Maternity Carer midwives through its individual districts. Support for self-employed rural LMC midwives is administered nationally through contracts with the Midwifery and Maternity Provider Organisation and the New Zealand College of Midwives.
