I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development's (MSD) database records wait times in bands up to a maximum category of 45+ minutes. As wait times beyond 45 minutes are not recorded separately, MSD is unable to provide a breakdown of calls exceeding each 15-minute wait-time threshold from 30 minutes to 180 minutes.
