Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that prior to the Master Agency Agreement with Bayleys Realty Group being signed the information requested is not centrally recorded and could only be provided through substantial manual collation. Therefore, in accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and expense of answering the Member’s question is not in the public interest. Since the Master Agency Agreement was signed in September 2025, Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me it has paid $3.65m in commission fees and $0.475m in marketing fees to Bayleys Realty Group.
