I received MFR2025-168: Regulatory pathways to enable autonomous vehicle sandbox, dated 27 June 2025, from the Ministry for Regulation. My office also received two notes from Tesla regarding autonomous vehicles and the launch of Full Self Driving (supervised) in New Zealand in August 2025.
