What barriers, if any, remain to collecting complete ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment pathway data?

I am advised that Health New Zealand's Health Data Platform (HDP) work programme aims to combine data feeds to enable the monitoring of diagnosis and treatment pathways for cancer and other conditions. I am further advised that the HDP and cancer services metric suite, once completed, will provide operational data at a service level (e.g., gynaecology cancer) and ultimately at cancer type level (e.g., ovarian cancer).
