Answer

Yes. Two versions of the Report, Design for the New Zealand Curriculum Change Programme, were sent to my office. Both were signed. A revised version was provided to my office following discussions between officials and myself. Due to staff working at pace, the revised version was mistakenly provided under the same reference number and with the same title and date as the earlier version. The paper with references to the Treaty was the updated document. The initial paper was left unsigned and given to me at a later date to sign to ensure my paperwork was signed and processed. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 32175, 32176, and 32177 (2026).
