I am advised that advancement requests seek to improve existing frontline information management systems by enhancing workflow efficiency, reducing manual processes, improving information sharing and integration between systems, supporting legislative compliance, improving operational visibility, enhancing mobility capabilities, strengthening reporting and analytics, and improving user experience.
