I am advised that the original ReFrame transformation programme was a broad business transformation initiative comprising operating model, workflow, service design and technology components. As business needs, priorities and organisational structures have evolved, work originally considered by ReFrame has either been completed, incorporated into business-as-usual delivery, progressed through other programmes of work, or is no longer being actively considered. Police has not undertaken an exercise to identify a discrete list of original ReFrame capabilities that are excluded from the current advancement request pipeline.
