Answer

$28 million has been spent on programme management as of 30 June 2026. This includes direct ship-related costs that sit outside the ship build contract (such as ship brokerage, naval architecture, and interior design), together with Ferry Holding’s operational costs. No contingency allowance has been drawn during this period.
