How many vehicles, if any, does the New Zealand Transport Agency estimate used the Waihenga bridge each year in 2011, 2018, 2021 and 2025?

I am advised by NZTA that average annual daily traffic count for these years are as follows: 2011: 2852 2018: 3350 2021: 3268 2025: 3214
