Answer

I am advised the RiverLink Melling Transport Improvements Alliance (the Alliance) has an average of 126 core staff (AECOM, FCC, Higgins and BPC) working on the project site each day, across both construction zones and in the site office. This does not include subcontractors / labour hire. The Alliance does not record residence information.
