Question

  • How many apprenticeships and how many industry training places, if any, have been commenced through the Jobs and Skills Hub operating in relation to the RiverLink project in Lower Hutt, broken down by financial year and by training provider?

Answered by

Hon Penny Simmonds

Member for Invercargill · National Party · Minister for Tertiary Education

Answer

I am advised the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) does not hold this information. The Jobs and Skills Hub is a Ministry of Social Development administered programme. The TEC does not collect data on apprentices or industry trainees who were placed through the Jobs and Skills Hub, nor does it collect information identifying those employed on the RiverLink project in Lower Hutt.
