I am advised by the Ministry of Transport that there were no cases of sexual harassment recorded in relation to staff for whom the Minister has responsibility in connection with the portfolio. I refer the Member to my response to Written Parliamentary Question 2464 (2026) in regard to NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi and the Ministry’s record retention period.
