Answer

I am advised that my office does not hold the information requested. Meetings are often attended by multiple people who may or may not take notes. No record is kept as to who (if anyone) has taken notes in a specific meeting. This is also my answer to Written Parliamentary Questions 317 (2026) and 318 (2026).
