Answer

In addition to the projects listed in my response to Written Parliamentary Question 31501 (2026), procurement is also underway for the Cambridge to Piarere project. Construction of Stage 1 is expected to commence in early 2027, bringing the total number of Roads of National Significance projects under construction to six by that time.
