By how much, if any, has the total estimated cost of the Roads of National Significance programme changed since the 2024 Government Policy Statement on land transport?

Answer
A comparison cannot be made because the 2024 GPS on land transport did not identify costs for the RoNS programme. Since then, investment cases have been completed for all projects, identifying each project's scope and associated cost.
