When is the SH75 Halswell Road improvements project, listed in the July 2026 Major Transport Projects Pipeline, expected to begin and be completed?

Construction started in early May 2024 and the project opened in mid-2026 as announced at: https://www.beehive.govt.nz/release/christchurch-sh75-improvements-complete
