Answer
In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised for the 2025/26 financial year DPMC spent $4,500 on remuneration of Crown appointees for bodies it administers. In addition, the remuneration and expenses for the Commissioners of Intelligence Warrants are determined by the Remuneration Authority, as set out in the Intelligence and Security Act 2017. The actual spend for the 2025/26 financial year will be published in the DPMC 2025/26 annual report, which will be made available later this year on the DPMC website.
