The Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana—Te Tari Whakatau spent $3,895 on the Carbon Neutral Government programme in the 2025/26 financial year. For the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund (Tupu Tonu), nil - Tupu Tonu, as a Schedule 4A Public Finance Act Company, is not required to measure and publicly report on emissions and to offset those that cannot be cut.
