The Office of Treaty Settlements and Takutai Moana—Te Tari Whakatau have budgeted $10,000.00 on the Carbon Neutral Government programme in the 2026/27 financial year. For the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund (Tupu Tonu), nil - Tupu Tonu, as a Schedule 4A Public Finance Act Company, is not required to measure and publicly report on emissions and to offset those that cannot be cut.
