Answer

I am advised that in the 2026/27 year the Ministry of Social Development has budgeted $382,351 for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP). This includes two FTE as well as a CNGP reporting tool and annual CNGP audit costs. I am further advised that the Social Workers Registration Board has budgeted $6,500 for auditing and verification in the 2026/27 year, for the purpose of meeting the government carbon-neutral programme requirements. The remaining Crown entities I am responsible for are not covered by the programme.
