As noted in the Minute of Decision from the Cabinet Economic Policy Committee (ECO-24-MIN-0225 refers), there has been a transition from an all-of-government governance arrangement to regionally-led initiatives through existing work programmes. However, the Ministry for the Environment has continued to engage with Gisborne District Council on its plan change work through the System Oversight team.
