I refer the member to the Minister for the Environment’s response to written parliamentary question 31272 (2026). For the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, I refer the Member to the Minister of Foreign Affairs response to WPQ 31108 (2026). I am advised that New Zealand Green Investment Finance spent $0 on the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2025/26 financial year. I am advised that the Climate Change Commission, as an Independent Crown Entity, is not subject to the carbon neutral government programme.
