Answer

Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that of the 593 homes referred to in my answer to WPQ 25824 (2026), 187 dwellings were to be delivered in 2026/27, 406 dwellings in 2025/26, and none in 2027/28. This is also my answer to WPQs 31016 and 31024 (2026).
