Answer
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it does not centrally record this information, and it is not possible to provide this information without diverting a significant amount of staff resources from their core duties. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and expense of answering the Member’s question is not in the public interest. This is also my answer to WPQs 30994 and 30996 (2026).
