Answer

I am advised that the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) has considered offshore monitoring, surveillance, and verification systems. These are an integral part of managing the biosecurity risks from fresh blueberries and will be reflected in the bilateral arrangements between MPI and its counterpart organisation in the exporting country.
