Answer

I am advised that measures specific to the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) are used to manage the biosecurity risk of economically important pests on imported produce. For fresh blueberries, the proposed measures can be found in section 2.3 of the draft Import Health Standard Fresh Blueberries (Vaccinium spp.) for Human Consumption, with supporting information on MPI's consultation webpage: https://www.mpi.govt.nz/consultations/proposed-import-requirements-for-fresh-blueberries-vaccinium-spp-for-human-consumption
