Answer

I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand recorded two incidences of sexual harassment between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2025. One resulted in a final warning being issued and the other resulted in dismissal. Due to the number of cases involved and the sensitivity of individual incidents, releasing further information regarding these incidents would compromise the privacy of the individuals concerned.
