Answer

New Zealand Police are exempt from both the headcount reduction and baseline savings exercises. The Serious Fraud Office are exempt from the baseline savings exercise and are still working through the implications of the headcount reduction targets. For the SFO, at this stage no decisions have been finalised for the headcount reduction target.
