Answer

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that it is not aware of any properties sold or transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA), nor is it aware of any consideration received from DIA for residential buildings transferred to that department. This is also my answer to Written Parliamentary Questions 30731, 31729, and 31730 (2026).
