Answer

I am advised that the six-month trial was evaluated against predetermined criteria established through the consultation process. These criteria were: operational demand alignment, crew readiness and availability, fiscal efficiency, service delivery and partner integration, and staff experience and sustainability. The measures considered within these criteria included: incident demand during staffed and unstaffed hours, management of overnight incidents, maritime response coordination, crew availability, training completion, on-call and response costs, partner agency feedback, staff feedback, sick leave trends, and roster compliance.
