Answer
The titles of papers I received from the Ministry for the Environment and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change are considered for proactive release each month and are published on the Ministry for the Environment’s website at: https://environment.govt.nz/what-government-is-doing/cabinet-papers-and-regulatory-impact-statements/ and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s website at: https://www.mfat.govt.nz/en/about-us/ministerial-briefings. The titles of papers I receive in my capacity as the Minister of Climate Change from the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport, which was established on 1 July 2026, will be considered for proactive release and published on the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport’s website in due course. I received one further briefing from the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission. I am advised that they publish monthly lists of titles of advice to Ministers, and I refer the member to those lists, which can be found here: https://tewaihanga.govt.nz/about-us/corporate-documents-official-information/ministerial-advice.
