Answer

I am advised that as of 6 July 2026, 30 of the 31 places in Hamilton have been leased and are expected to be tenanted shortly. Securing appropriate properties in Hamilton has been challenging as it is important households are placed in accommodation that meets their needs in terms of location and typology.
