Answer

I am advised that leases are of necessity signed before tenancies can commence, and that there is a lag between leases being signed and tenancies being signed and households moving into their new homes. I am further advised that one of the five places has been tenanted and four will be tenanted imminently. The leases for those properties were signed progressively over early to mid-June.
