Answer

The documents I received from MBIE in the week beginning 22 June 2026 are listed in the table attached. This list includes formal briefings and aides-mémoire where I am recorded as the main recipient as the Associate Minister of Immigration. Papers received from other agencies, or where a paper has been referred by another Minister, are not included in this list. Briefings that accompany responses to Official Information Act requests to the Minister are not included in this list. This response does not cover members of my office who receive a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate the material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
