Answer

Yes. Answers to Written Parliamentary Questions which concern operational agency matters, such as Written Parliamentary Question 53791 (2025), are provided to me by the Ministry. The Ministry, when responding to a subsequent OIA, identified that due to an administrative error, they omitted the Melbourne trip from the Written Parliamentary Question answer. The Ministry made my office aware of this omission and a corrected response was issued by my office.
