Did New Zealand Police do any modelling on replacing their current information system cost, by title and date of document?

I am advised that Police manages information in a large number of systems. Across all these systems, Police’s investment was $17.576 million in Budget 2024, $14.890 million in Budget 2025, and is planned to be $13.909 million in Budget 2026.
