NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) has advised me that Wellington Airport is a key stakeholder affected by the project, and information was shared with it under a non-disclosure agreement while the investment case was under consideration. Any decisions about the provision of information to particular parties are operational matters for NZTA.
