Hon Paul Goldsmith

Answer

As I have made public, there is currently an investigation underway by a King’s Counsel into concerns raised with me about the Chief Commissioner. In accordance with the principles of fair process and natural justice for the parties involved, it would be inappropriate for me to comment any further at this point.
