Answer

I am advised Haley Mortimer indicated Z-Energy’s interest in the Smith vs Fonterra litigation. The Chief of Staff indicated he was aware of the issue but wasn’t aware of where it was at. He forwarded the email from Haley Mortimer to the Senior Ministerial Advisor in Hon Goldsmith’s Office.
