Answer

I am advised that 325 households exited Immediate Access Transitional Housing since the initiative commenced. Of those 325 households, 61 households (19%) exited to long-term housing, 7 households (2%) reconnected and living with family. The remaining 257 households (79%) exited to other destinations.
