ACC advises me that as of 17 June 2026, ACC had assigned 1,682 Microsoft Copilot licences. ACC staff most commonly use Copilot to support staff productivity. Microsoft Copilot is not used for informing or making decisions about client claims, cover decisions, or entitlements.
