Answer

I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that the department holds 35 Microsoft Copilot licences. These licences are used to support general productivity tasks, including drafting documents, summarising information, supporting research activities, and enhancing written outputs. I am further advised these licenses are not used for the processing or analysis of data relating to Māori, Iwi, or whānau.
